It has many floors but I didn't see any ninjas. I would ask for my money back but I didn't pay in the first place.
But really no ninjas? What type of place are they running? What is this world coming to?
The building is swanky and parking is cheaper than surrounding areas. Only downside is that you only get 3 hours parking which will affect my time when attending the Vancouver Career College/ CDI. That's rhe downside to a great structure. I guess we can't have it all eh? Lol.
place really sucks with all the dope heads lying around on the sidewalk you got to get crack central cracked tower
Nice place easy to assess the way
Mostly I stop off here to get to the coffee shop across the street. Haven't had much to do in this area other than that. The tower level seems clean...though it is situated in an area where many homeless and schetchy people hang out. There are a handful of amenities in the area including a Nesters shopping market and a shoppers drug mart
Station Tower is a tower located right beside a SkyTrain station, and so seems aptly named. The building does what it is intended to, house businesses, and I don't hear of them falling from the sky, so it seems to do so successfully. Parking in the underground is a little different, requiring two separate elevators to go above the main floor, but isn't something unheard of or much of an issue once you know to expect it. That could be a little confusing for some people if they park in the underground and it is their first visit.
Building serviced by Dream Management. The building is clean and tidy. The security staff patrol the lobby and conduct regular rounds of the building throughout the day. The building also has a small gym on the parking level. $100/yr membership. It has cardio equipment (treadmills, stationary bikes, rowing machine etc.) a full rack of free weights, and a universal. The gym area also has showers and change rooms.
If you have to wait around in some professional office for a long time, there's a Subway really close. You can take the Skytrain right to it.
